The Cat In The Hat Knows A Lot About Halloween DVD Review

It’s Almost Halloween!

Time for costumes, scary (and not so scary) movies, and family traditions. Today I want to tell you about a cute Halloween themed children’s DVD, to add to your family watch list! The Cat In The Hat!

This is a sponsored post by NCircle Entertainment in which I received a free DVD in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own. This post contains affiliates.

The Cat In The Hat

My son, like most kids, enjoys Dr. Seuss and we watch The Cat In The Hat series fairly often. Now, we have a new addition to our “not that scary” Halloween lineup! The Cat In The Hat Knows A Lot About Halloween!

Now really, through extensive research, I’m come to learn that The Cat In The Hat knows a lot about, well… everything! But in this episode, along with the Things and the Fish, the Cat is teaching about Halloween!

The children, Nick and Sally, embark on a wild adventure with the Cat. Exploring fandangles, (wait until you see what those are) howlers, shockers, and discovering the best Halloween costumes!

The storyline is great! And while it has songs, relax Mom-they aren’t annoying. The Cat In The Hat episodes are always engaging, and this one keeps to that promise.

It’s the perfect way to celebrate the current holiday, in a not-very-scary way. Targeted for ages 5 and up, my toddler still enjoys it and is enthralled!

The most notable voice actor in The Cat In The Hat Knows A Lot About Halloween, is Martin Short, which I honestly didn’t realize for the longest time! Which is just a nice treat for us adults!
