  1. There is such a stigma that surrounds mental health and therapy. It would have been really helpful to have someone available to talk to when I was in my teen years.

  2. Although i don’t have kids this subject is very important and everyone parent should be aware that there is nothing wrong in helping their kids through therapy.

  3. Therapy and counseling can be very helpful for children. Sometimes it’s not easy to detect early signs of depression or anxiety. We only see the behavior issues but there may be emotional issues behind it.
