This is also an activity you can do with the kids! Put on some music, and cardio your heart out! Your mind, and body, with thank you later!

Take A Bath!

Yes, you can relax in the tub, and the warm water help you forget about the stresses of the day!

It’s a great excuse to use those essential oils and bubble bath you kept from the little ones. Eating chocolate in the tub is also, totally acceptable.

And if bath bombs aren’t making you want to soak your stress away, you can always use the opportunity to at least read a little while you’re soaking!


Veg Out And Watch TV

Ok, so while most of this list is about getting your body in motion, let’s be real. Some days, you just can’t. And when you finally get that break, you just wanna zone out.

So relax and watch a bit of media that isn’t about the ABC’s and Sharks. Find a movie, your favorite binge-worthy TV show, and just tune out.

Your brain will appreciate the break, and don’t worry. All the millions of things you need to do, will still be there waiting for you. After that one last episode of Grey’s Anatomy.
