Either you’re buying for a special Mom you know, or doing a little shopping for yourself, remember: Self-Care is important, so why not give gifts that incorporate that?

Pamper Her Feet!
Every Mom deserves a little pampering in her Self-Care routine. These products and sets do just that!
Moms feet get tired-so why not pamper her with a nice foot bath? Massage those worn out toes with heat, bubbles, and jets! Why not add some tea tree oil to make her gift a little more luxurious? Self-Care should be about recharging those batteries, and what better way than to soak her feet after a long day.
Make Her Comfy!
Part of taking the time for Self-Care, is to make yourself as comfortable as possible. So why not give Mom a nice bath robe to snuggle in? These picks
are cute, comfortable, and won’t even look embarrassing if she has to snap-back to reality to answer the door when the UPS man arrives…
Something To Keep Her Coffee Warm!
We all know Mom runs on liquid energy – be it coffee, tea, or some other kind of drinkable fuel. And, because we have children, our mugs tend to
break. No Mom will turn down a functional coffee mug!
Throw in some of her favorite brands of coffee or tea, and you have a Happy Mom who can relax with her new mug and enjoy a little Self-Care time, even if only for a few minutes.
Destress with Aromatherapy!
We don’t always have a ton of time to ourselves. Most Moms have to >squeeze in the Self-Care when we can. I’m a big supporter of aromatherapy, and often keep different things going in a wax melter in my home. Aromatherapy is a great way to help destress when you don’t have much time for other tactics! Being able to smell relaxing scents, like lavender, lemon, and rosemary, will help boost Mom up to get through a trying day!
But the most important part of Self-Care…
Is making the time to do it! Every Moms needs are different. Sometimes we just want a few minutes to ourselves. Other times, we really need a few hours away! So this Christmas, offer to help a Mom friend!
Take the kids for a few hours and let Mom take care of some errands alone (which will feel like a vacation), or just simply relax!
Self-Care is vital to a happy, healthy life. And remember, you can’t care for others if you aren’t taking care of yourself!
