Ole Henriksen “Balance” Collection Review
So, as you probably already know, I love testing new beauty and skincare products. So I was super excited to try the new Balance Collection by Ole Henriksen, and I’m in love!
This is a sponsored post in which I received free product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts & opinions are 100% my own.
I have combination dry/oily skin, so it’s hard for me to find something that not only cleans my face and cuts down on oil, but also hydrates. This collection not only reduces oil, but helps reduce the appearance of your pores, so I really like that.
The Find Your Balance Oil Control Cleanser is an excellent facial wash. It has an energetic scent that totally refreshes me in the morning! This cleanser leaves my face extremely clean with no residue. It purifies your pores for a clean slate. Next, I used Ole Henriksen’s Balancing Force Oil Control Toner. This toner goes on really easy, and doesn’t leave any greasy feeling behind. My skin didn’t even feel dried out at all after using this. Toner helps reduce the look of your pores. Last, I apply the Counter Balance Oil Control Hydrator. Which, I know sounds contradictory to that last statement, but the point is to fight oil and aging, so you still need to moisturize. This hydrator goes on really smooth, leaves no greasy feeling, and is so refreshing! It mattifies your skin, and using this can help improve your foundation wear by up to 8 hours (which, in turn, reduces the amount of foundation you need because you aren’t reapplying).
Ingredients
This collection from Ole Henriksen contains no,
- parabens
- sulfates
- phthalates
But rather a blend of botanicals like green tea, eucalyptus, rose hips, and neem oil (just to name a few), to make a more natural product, which is always healthier for your skin. I’ve noticed a difference after using this immediately, and it’s my new favorite morning/nighttime skin regimen. Like their slogan says, it really makes you glow! #OleGlow

Nicely written review. I make my own skin care products, but have the similar skin as yours. Good to know there is something out there if I ever want to stop making my own.
I need to get back into a skin care routine. I also have that combo skin and I find it hard to find the right products. I will definitely look into these!
